Hatha Flow

In this class expect to find mediation, breath work, asana postures typically linking to a philosophical theme, topical theme, peak pose or body part focus. Throughout the classes there will be options to modify postures to suit your energy on the day. Pace of the class is steady and strong, with the option to make things more comfortable. Each posture will be held for a few breaths before moving on to give participants the chance to feel the energetic benefits.
