Static seated and reclined poses held for 5-10 mins. Ideal for anyone managing stress.

For anyone who is new to yoga or looking for a gentle class.

A practice that combines a series of strengthening static postures with some flexibility flow.

 

Expect to develop awareness of the breath through a variety of techniques.

Yin Yoga

A gentle practice involving seated or reclined poses held for a few minutes to find deep release in the body and mind.

 

Expect to use yoga props for ultimate comfort and relaxation.

Menopause

Flow to Slow

A gentle flow for half the session followed by yin for the 2nd half.
