What To Expect
Winter rest is all about relaxing and restoration. A 2h break from all the stresses of the season. Picture lots of props and restorative yoga, deeply relaxing yoga nidra and a nice cuppa and a chance to chat to your fellow yogis.
Restorative yoga is a super gentle practice that is mainly seated or reclined, the holds are long at around 5-20 mins, maybe even more than 1 savasana. Ooooooohhhhh yes please.
Dates are Friday November 15th and 29th, 4-6pm
To join you must take 1 bolster of your own or a big pillow as we will need 2 bolster per person. ( you know my wee Aygo can only hold so much, lol)
Class is limited to 8 people.
